As the Listing Coordinator for the Homebase Team, Amanda Medina is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and a seamless, detail-driven listing experience. From professional photography and staging coordination to crafting compelling MLS descriptions, Amanda ensures every home is presented at its best. Her role is all about making the listing process efficient, smooth, and exceptional—for both our agents and our sellers.
With a passion for supporting others, Amanda is deeply committed to helping families reach their real estate goals. She understands that while the process can be complex, the reward of seeing a client happy at the end of a successful transaction is what makes it all worth it. At Homebase, Amanda doesn’t just manage listings—she helps create memorable experiences that leave clients feeling informed, cared for, and confident.
Outside of real estate, Amanda brings just as much energy and enthusiasm to her personal life. She’s a dedicated CrossFit athlete, having placed 2nd in an individual competition and 3rd in a team event. When she’s not in the gym, she’s likely reading psychological thrillers, horror novels, or family dramas—usually in her personal home library, which she’s proudly building one book at a time. A Harry Potter superfan (Slytherin with a hint of Gryffindor, of course), Amanda also loves Disney World trips, Swiftie singalongs, and spending time with her sister and favorite people.
Amanda recently picked up golf and, despite its challenges, is loving the experience. As the oldest of three, she’s proud of her siblings—her brother is currently in Marine bootcamp, and her sister works in early autism diagnosis.
Amanda brings heart, precision, and a can-do spirit to everything she does.
