Daryl has been an integral part of the Homebase Team since January 2016, bringing a deep understanding of both the sales and operational sides of real estate. She began her journey as a licensed agent, serving clients from 2016 to 2019, before discovering a true passion for behind-the-scenes operations. Over the years, she’s held key roles including Listing Coordinator, Listing Manager, and Transaction Manager, and now leads the team as Director of Operations.
With firsthand experience in nearly every role within the real estate process, Daryl offers a rare and well-rounded perspective. Her ability to streamline systems, support agents, and ensure a top-tier client experience has been instrumental in the team’s continued success.
Daryl studied Communications at the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, interpersonal communication, and strategic messaging. Her studies helped shape her ability to manage relationships, resolve conflicts, and foster clear and effective communication across the team—all skills that have proven essential in her operational leadership today.
Originally from Corpus Christi, Daryl spent over a decade in San Antonio and now resides in Houston, traveling back monthly to remain closely involved with the team. She’s married to her best friend, Andre, and the two tied the knot at Disney World in 2022. Together, they share their home with five beloved rescue pets—three cats and two dogs.
Outside of work, Daryl is passionate about travel and makes it a goal to leave the country at least once a year. She also finds joy in design, organization, and finding new ways to improve processes—whether in the office or in everyday life.
From collecting home flyers as a kid to leading one of the top real estate teams in San Antonio, Daryl’s journey is rooted in curiosity, care, and a drive to make things better—for the team, for the clients, and for the future of Homebase.
