With a hands-on background in real estate investing and a career rooted in discipline and strategic thinking, Andrew brings a well-rounded, insightful, and mission-focused approach to every client relationship.
Andrew's journey in real estate started early—helping his father buy and renovate homes as a kid, and purchasing his first property in 2012. Since then, he’s built a growing portfolio of long-term rentals across the San Antonio area and developed a deep understanding of what makes a property a sound investment. His real-world experience allows him to guide both new and seasoned investors with clarity and confidence.
A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Andrew has served since 2005 in multiple roles—from aircraft mechanic to cybersecurity expert, and most recently, Strategic Advisor to senior Air Force leaders. His military career has sharpened his ability to lead with precision, attention to detail, and technical skill—all of which carry over seamlessly into his real estate practice.
Andrew is also uniquely equipped to support fellow veterans navigating the homebuying process. Having personally used the VA loan multiple times, he understands both its power and its pitfalls—and is passionate about helping other service members and veterans leverage their benefits for long-term financial stability and homeownership.
He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Boston University and a Bachelor’s from Kent State University, bringing an analytical mindset to real estate decisions and a deep commitment to helping clients make informed, data-driven choices in today’s market.
Outside of real estate, Andrew enjoys life with his wife, Ashley, and their two children. When he’s not advising clients or supporting military networks, you might find him playing dad, talking shop with other investors—or reminiscing about the time he brewed over 120 bottles of beer for his wedding rehearsal dinner!
